I’m Maarten. I get energy from connecting people, working through complex challenges and making things happen together. From healthcare and the Red Cross to government and IT services, I know both the client and supplier perspective.
I keep perspective when the pressure rises. During the COVID-19 pandemic at RIVM/SSC Campus, that meant responding quickly and working together, with continuity and security at the forefront.
My style? Engaged, clear and practical. I trust people, make room to discuss decisions and stay close to delivery. Outside work, I find that same mix of focus and action in sport climbing and sailing.
